You keep thinking in circles
You can explain every side of the situation, but you still cannot decide what to do.
Weekly 1:1 coaching
Coaching for capable people who want to see the pattern, make a clearer choice, and follow through—without pretending their real constraints do not exist.

What brings people to coaching
You do not need a polished goal before we start. A real situation is enough.
You can explain every side of the situation, but you still cannot decide what to do.
The external scoreboard looks good. Your inner life keeps asking for your attention.
Insight has helped you name what happens. It has not yet changed what you do in the moment.
The role is demanding more of your attention, energy, and relationships than you want to give it.
A new role, identity shift, difficult relationship, or major decision has unsettled the old answers.
You do not need hype or a guru. You need space, challenge, and a way to follow through.
What coaching looks like
I will listen closely, reflect what I notice, and challenge assumptions with curiosity. You stay in charge of the decisions.
Try one session for freeA decision, pattern, conflict, transition, or pressure point that matters now.
Separate facts from assumptions and notice the beliefs, needs, habits, and constraints in play.
Turn insight into one client-chosen action that fits your actual life.
Use the result as information, adjust, and build self-trust through practice.
What coaching can help you build
The point is not to become a permanently optimized person. It is to respond more deliberately when the old pattern shows up.
Evidence-informed, not magic
My approach uses practices supported across coaching and behavior-change research: clear goals, reflective questioning, client-chosen action, and consistent follow-through.
We slow down automatic interpretations so you can notice what is fact, what is assumption, and what else may be true.
A useful goal is specific enough to guide the work and flexible enough to change as you learn more.
Small, concrete actions make insight testable. Each week gives us real information about what helps.
Meta-analyses have found positive effects from coaching across goal-directed self-regulation, performance, skills, wellbeing, and other workplace outcomes. Results vary, and research does not make any individual result automatic. Read the coaching outcomes review, workplace coaching review, and goal follow-through review.
What happens when you start
Choose a time and bring one real situation.
Experience the coaching and identify what would make future work useful.
If the fit is right, choose a starting week. If not, there is no obligation.
Set a clear goal, meet each week, take action, and review what changes.
One plan
Four weeks of personal coaching, practical follow-through, and the flexibility to continue only while it is useful.

The free session comes first. You will not be charged when you book it.
First-month refund policy
For coaching members, participation means attending at least three sessions during your first four weeks and completing a feedback call. If you meet both and do not feel you received value, I will refund your first $249 payment.
The philosophy behind the work
Coaching helps you understand the patterns shaping your life, reconnect with what matters, and act with greater intention and self-trust.
You cannot deliberately change a pattern you cannot yet see.
Constraints are real. We look for where meaningful choice remains.
Advice can create compliance. Self-understanding builds stronger judgment.
Reflection becomes useful when it leads to deliberate action and learning.
Questions people ask
Still unsure about something? Bring the question to the free session. A fit has to make sense for both of us.
No. Bring a real situation and we will coach around it. Near the end, we can decide whether continuing together would be useful. There is no pressure to sign up.
I work best with capable, thoughtful adults navigating pressure, change, identity, leadership, or a pattern they can understand intellectually but have not been able to shift. Many are high-achieving professionals, but a job title is not a requirement.
No. Coaching focuses on present choices, goals, patterns, and action. It is not mental-health treatment, diagnosis, medical care, or crisis support. Therapy and coaching can complement each other, but they do different jobs.
Yes. My own late autism diagnosis informs how I think about capacity, masking, sensory needs, communication, and sustainable change. You do not need a diagnosis, and neurodivergence will never be treated as a defect to fix.
We agree on a small action, observation, or practice that fits what came out of the session. You can use brief check-ins to share what you notice and stay accountable without turning your week into homework.
Yes. There is no long-term contract. You can cancel before your next four-week billing date and the plan will not renew.
If you do not feel the coaching delivered value during your first four weeks, I will refund your first $249 payment. To qualify, attend at least three coaching sessions during that period and complete a feedback call.
No honest coach can guarantee a specific outcome. Your circumstances and choices matter. The refund policy is based on whether you felt the first month delivered value after participating, not on a guaranteed result.
