I built a career around data and decisions. Coaching brought me to the human side of change.

I’ve spent more than 12 years working across analytics, data science, technology, product, and leadership. I’ve built teams and products across AWS, PlayStation, Adobe, and Meta, and today I lead Data Science and AI Engineering work at Novartis.

From the outside, the story looked coherent: increasing responsibility, meaningful work, and visible success. Internally, I was often overthinking, adapting, masking, and trying to solve every difficult feeling as if it were another problem to analyze.

A late autism diagnosis gave me a new way to understand burnout, sensory overwhelm, emotional shutdown, and the amount of energy I had spent trying to fit each environment. Growing up across Qatar, India, and the United States had also made adaptation feel normal—even when I was losing contact with parts of myself.

Becoming a father made the inner work harder to postpone. Therapy, meditation, reflective practice, and volunteering with Crisis Text Line gradually moved me from trying to fix myself toward understanding myself. Coaching became the next honest step: a way to help other capable people create the space, awareness, and self-trust that thinking alone could not give me.

I do not coach as someone who has completed the work. I coach as a practiced listener, a systems thinker, and a person still committed to living the same questions with honesty.
